WHITE LAKE MANSION RESORT & SPA - We have recently received Planning Approval for a luxury destination Resort Hotel & Spa located in Bethel, NY. Every detail has been considered including environmentally conscious materials and methods to encompass all that the area and the energy of the location gives to the project.

Being the home of the Woodstock Festival of 1969, we aim to bring the same level of peace and harmony to our project. Directly across the road from White Lake the Hotel will include a 16,000sf spa, banquet and conference spaces, retail, restaurants, bars, a lounge and more. THE KIRSTEIN BUILDING - Located in downtown Rochester, NY, Globe purchased and converted this historic property with over 60,000sf to a mixed use building with 30 residential loft style apartments and over 11,000sf of leased commercial and retail space.

The project received praise by the City of Rochester and was awarded a One million Dollar Historic Preservation Grant. Globe worked diligently with local municipalities and tackled many challenges to complete and occupy the property and preserve its history. Read our Press Release HERE.

RADISSON SAS EL MARQUES RESORT & SPA - Located in the Costa del Sol region of Spain, was built with every possible attention to detail. With 105 one, two and three bedroom Hotel Suites and a total built area of over 220,000sf, this hotel was located on probably one of the most picturesque parcels of land in all of southern Spain at the peak of a hilltop overlooking 2 golf courses designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones Jr. with views all the way to the Mediterranean sea.

The gated community was home to the world famous Byblos hotel of Mijas which had the honor of accommodating the late Princess Diana, Rod Stewart, Mick Jagger and Julio Iglesias to mention a few and to give an impression of the area and the lifestyle. The project was completed in Spring of 2007.
