Mr. Pawel Efraimov is the Founder and President of Globe Developers Inc., incorporated in 1985. Mr. Efraimov immigrated to the United States from Russia in 1973 and has served in the Russian military and studied in Civil Engineering. On Mr. Efraimov's arrival to the United States he pursued the American dream by opening a small market in Brooklyn later to broaden his culinary skills by leasing, renovating and operating two of his own Sea Food Restaurants where he was head chef.

After renovation efforts of his restaurants, Mr. Efraimov was convinced that the business of Real Estate Development and Construction was significantly more rewarding, personally. Since then Mr. Efraimov has worked in various countries, has developed, designed, or consulted on properties ranging from 3,000 to 400,000sf. It is Mr. Efraimov’s intention to continue on the path of developing quality projects while maintaining the role as a leading figure within the company.  Some, but not all, notable projects that he has been involved with are the Ocean Plaza Condominium Development in Long Branch NJ, Radisson SAS’ flagship hotel in Spain, The historical Preservation of the Kirstein Building in Rochester, NY, with his sights set on the 200,000sf development of the White Lake Mansion Resort Hotel & Spa in Bethel, NY.


Mr. Roman Ryba
is Senior Vice President of Construction with over 35 years of hands on construction experience. Mr. Ryba brings to Globe a key element with on the job leadership and execution while leading his teams to a successful completion of each and every project. Mr. Ryba is a invaluable asset to Globe as well as to the many people and companies that he has delivered to over his extensive career. 


From site work and new home construction to developing large tract sub-divisions all the way to commercial projects, Mr. Ryba will take the job at hand, from receiving the projects plans, all the way through to hand over to the end-user. Another key factor and probably the most critical is his reputation in the industry with a long list of reputable sub-contractors and references.
 

Mr. Benjamin Efraimov is the Vice President and son of Mr. Pawel Efraimov and has worked alongside his father in various countries and has amassed experience in the fields of Development, Design, Construction Management, Hospitality, Marketing and Sales. It is his vision to carry on the family business into the next generations while keeping up with changing times and technology in the development and construction industries.

Initially Benjamin acquired experience in the service and hospitality sector and has over six years of General Management experience in the Restaurant industry. He had joined the family business in 1998 where he and his father, together, have since worked and/or collaborated with leaders in the development and design industry such as the world famous Spanish architect, Ricardo Bofil, one of the world’s biggest interior designers, Wimberly Allison, Tong & Goo (WATG) as well as the Radisson SAS group only to mention a few. Benjamin works diligently on building the Globe brand and achieving its mission of substantial growth in the many years to come.


Mr. Jonathan Ryba is the Construction Manager and son of Mr. Roman Ryba. Jonathan uses the most advanced practices for managing all sized construction jobs and is proficient in the latest technology including AutoCAD for design, job estimation, scheduling and more. Working with his father and learning the traits of the industry gave Jonathan the ambition to pursue an education in engineering. Jonathan has worked on various inspection projects including the University of Penn Proton Building Medical Center, Christiana River Tower, the new Giants Stadium in Rutherford, NJ as well as other projects in the Philadelphia/Delaware area. Inspections included piles, soil compaction, concrete, fire proofing, rebar & mortar both inside the laboratory and out in the field. 

Taking his passion for construction and bringing it to his local community, Jonathan sits as the Chairman of the Environmental Commission in his home Township of Fredon, New Jersey. He is a recipient of the 2010 “20 Under 40” by the New Jersey Herald as well has been Nominated by the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce for “Young Entrepreneur of the Year”.
Jonathan holds a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering with a Concentration in Construction Management & Water Resource Management
from Drexel University.
